Your 2010/11 registration and standing order forms are available to download here.
Completed forms and payment must be returned to Treasurer, Cheryl McCracken on or before Thursday 16 September 2010. Cheques made payable to GLHC please. Anyone wishing to pay by installments must pay half the fee due by 16 September and complete a Standing Order form for the balance.
Once fees are paid, Monday night training is free of charge. Players will continue to contribute £1 for any additional training sessions provided by the Club.
One of the benefits of being a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) is that we can reclaim tax on donations to our Club – for every £1 donated we can reclaim up to 25p from HM Revenue and Customs.
The Committee suggests that £65 of the adult fee (or 50% of other fees where the payment has been made by a tax paying adult) is paid by way of a donation. If you are happy to proceed on this basis, please complete your details on the Gift Aid form (attached to the Registration Form) and return it with a completed Registration Form to the Treasurer, Cheryl McCracken. You can do this even if you pay fees by standing order.
